📦 特别说明：

1. 我司仓库统一采用原箱发货，不拆箱、不更换外箱。

2. 如您从商家处发货至我司仓库，请务必提前沟通，尽量选择合适尺寸的包装箱进行打包。

3. 合理控制包装体积，可有效降低体积重量，从而节省运费成本。

⚠️ 如因外箱过大导致体积重量增加，相关费用将按实际计费重量收取，敬请理解。

Effective immediately, the Singapore air freight route will adopt the Half-Volumetric Calculation Method for freight charges. Details are as follows:

📌 Charging Method

Half-Volumetric Formula:

(Actual Weight + Volumetric Weight) ÷ 2

Volumetric Weight Formula:

Length × Width × Height ÷ 6000

(Unit: cm)

📦 Important Notes

1. Our warehouse ships goods in their original cartons only. We do not open or replace outer cartons.

2. If your supplier ships goods to our warehouse, please communicate in advance and request suitable carton sizes for proper packing.

3. Optimizing packaging size can effectively reduce volumetric weight and save freight costs.

⚠️ Reminder

If oversized cartons result in increased volumetric weight, freight charges will be calculated based on the actual chargeable weight.
