答：东大门办公室随时可以存放包裹，但是不能接收快递，不要邮寄东大门办公室

假期期间充值的什么时候处理？

答：财务会在假期不定期审核处理确保不耽误大家付款发货

Hello everyone, our Incheon warehouse will be in Chuseok holiday mode from October 3rd to 9th. During this period, if you order products from OLIVE O YOUNG/Coupang/Eart Mall, please choose delivery on or after the 10th. There will be no one to receive your orders from the 3rd to the 9th. As it has been raining almost every day in Korea recently, we cannot guarantee that the goods will not be damaged. Please choose delivery on or after the 10th.

9月24日起，仁川仓库将不再接收快递到付的包裹，如有快递到付的包裹将会被退回发件人。便利店自取包裹也不会接收。

请大家不要再发快递到付，以免造成不必要的物流延迟。

Starting September 24th, our Incheon warehouse will no longer accept packages with cash on delivery. Any packages with cash on delivery will be returned to the sender. Convenience store pickup packages will also not be accepted.

Please refrain from sending cash on delivery packages to avoid unnecessary logistics delays.

9월 24일부터  택배 착불 배송으로 온 화물은 더 이상 받지 않습니다. 착불 배송된 상품은 발송인에게 다시 반송됩니다. 편의점 픽업 상품 또한 접수하지 않습니다.

불필요한 물류 지연을 방지하기 위해 착불 배송 화물 발송을 자제해 주시기 바랍니다.

中秋节假期前最后发货日期为10月2号。10月3号到9号仁川仓库休息，放假期间可以正常下单，不处理订单，10号正常开工。预祝大家中秋快乐。

由于马来西亚假期，9月12日截单时间临时提前两小时，截止到马来西亚时间13：00付款运费的订单均可发货，预计明天订单会暴多，请大家尽量提前提交订单，避免耽误大家收货的时间。

另外因假期9月13日仓库不发货，但是仓库照常收货并处理订单，下周一完全恢复正常，谢谢理解。

Due to a holiday in Malaysia, the order cut-off time on September 12th will be moved up two hours. All orders paid by 1:00 PM (Malaysia time) will be shipped. We anticipate a surge in orders tomorrow, so please submit your orders as early as possible to avoid delays in receiving your orders.

由于临时接到快递假期（无快递日&光复节）通知，8月14日至 8月17日 快递休息，期间仁川仓库也暂停处理订单以及发货，东大门办公室收货正常，将在8月18日统一取回仁川仓库处理，感谢大家的理解与支持。

Due to a temporary holiday notice (no delivery days & Liberation Day), our express delivery department will be closed from August 14th to 17th. 2仓库不提供来仓库拿自取包裹卡片服务，不提供开箱拿出某个卡片，然后自取服务。确实需要取走可以邮寄，具体收费参考仓储费公告。

汇景物流是主营韩国出口到马来西亚，印尼，新加坡，台湾。不提供代收包裹邮寄韩国国内业务。

1.如因特殊原因到仓包裹需要转寄韩国国内的，仓库会按照每个包裹收取20马币入库费。每天每个包裹加收1马币保管费，无免费期。国内转寄邮费自理。

2.如因特殊原因到仓包裹需自取，仓库会按照每个包裹收取20马币入库费。每天每个包裹加收1马币保管费，无免费期。

3.非原路退回无申请原路退回快递面单一律按照以上标准收费。无免费期。超过90天仓库会按照无主件销毁处理。（正常退货包裹除外，可以申请原路退回，超过仓库免费存储时间会正常收取仓储费）
